Project Support
Shipping and return guidance for B2B accessory programs.
VELTAROX coordinates shipment preparation and issue handling around approved specifications, inspection requirements, delivery terms and written project documents.
Order-specific terms take priority
VELTAROX supplies custom, wholesale and private-label programs. Shipping, inspection, acceptance, returns and remedies are governed by the approved quotation, purchase order, specification, sample approval and any written supply agreement. This page provides general guidance only.
Before shipment
Product configuration, quantity, packaging, marks, destination, Incoterms or other delivery responsibilities should be confirmed in writing. Where required, project-specific inspection records or shipping documents can be coordinated before dispatch.
Delivery and receiving inspection
The receiving party should check carton condition, pallet condition, item count and visible product condition promptly. If transport damage or a quantity discrepancy is found, record it with the carrier where applicable and retain packaging, labels and photographic evidence.
Reporting an issue
Contact info@veltarox.com or use the contact page with the purchase order reference, affected item, quantity, clear photographs or video, carton labels and a concise description. Evidence helps separate transport damage, specification questions and manufacturing issues.
Returns
Custom and private-label goods are not eligible for discretionary consumer-style returns. No shipment should be returned without written authorization and agreed instructions. Approved remedies may include replacement, rework, credit or another project-specific resolution, subject to review and the governing order terms.
Frequently asked questions
Can I return a custom order because requirements changed?
Custom goods are produced against an approved project scope and generally cannot be returned for a change of preference or forecast. Any exception must be agreed in writing.
What evidence is needed for a shipping claim?
Provide the order reference, affected quantities, carton and shipping labels, photos of outer packaging and products, and any carrier damage record available.
Who pays return freight?
Responsibility depends on the verified cause, agreed delivery terms and written project documents. Do not arrange a return before receiving written instructions.
